Pre-Season Lifting Starts Tuesday October 8th

Dear Neenah High School Wrestling Community, 

Our Fall "Pre-Season Strength and Conditioning" program is set to begin on Tuesday October 8th 2019 for non Fall Sport Athletes.  We strongly encourage our team members to attend these pre-season workouts to train together as a "TEAM".  This six week program will be beneficial in preparing for the 2019-2020 HS Wrestling season as we will be getting into our lifting program every Monday and Wednesday during the season.  We want to prevent soreness during the first month of the season by acclimating our bodies to the workout program this Fall.  This is a great time to increase strength, speed, and have the added confidence factor of putting time into the weight room with teammates prior to the season. Fall Sport athletes should NOT attend these workouts as their #1 priority right now athletically is contributing to their current teams at Neenah High School upon completed of those seasons our team members are welcome to join in at that time.

Our schedule will go as follows.  Week #1 is Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:15 AM. while week #2-#6 will go Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00-7:15 AM.  This schedule is also on our website www.neenahwrestling.com

Pre-Season (6 weeks) 6:00-7:15 AM 

Week #1: 2 Lifts (Tues 8th Oct Thurs Oct 10th) MAX OUTS

Week #2: 3 Lifts (Mon Oct 14th, Wed Oct 16th, Fri October 18th 

Week #3: 3 Lifts (Mon Oct 21st, Wed Oct 23rd, Fri Oct 25th)

Week #4: 3 Lifts (Mon Oct 28th, Wed Oct 30th, Fri Nov 1st)

Week #5: 3 Lifts (Mon Nov 4th, Wed Nov 6th, Fri Nov 8th)

Week #6: 3 Lifts (Mon Nov 11th, Wed Nov 13th, Fri Nov 15th)
